Course Content
This course includes 8 modules, with multiple videos per module and 10+ hours of content.
You'll learn how to create a collection of detailed fantasy environments through five unique projects: a Bioluminescent Forest, Lava Mountain Valley, Enchanted Mushrooms, Crystal Cave, and Waterfall Kingdom.
The course focuses on creating fantastical worlds in Procreate on the iPad, guiding you through the techniques needed to build imaginative yet believable environments. You'll explore dramatic lighting, colour, atmosphere, texture, depth, and composition, while learning how familiar elements from the natural world can be transformed into something magical and extraordinary.
Ultimately, the goal is to give you the skills and confidence to move beyond the projects in the course and start designing fantastical worlds of your own.

Getting Started with Procreate
Meet your teacher, understand how the course works, and learn the essential Procreate tools and features you’ll need to follow along.
MODULES 3&4
Setting Up Your Creative Workspace
Prepare your Procreate workspace and put your skills into practice by creating an atmospheric bioluminescent forest filled with magical light, colour and depth.
MODULES 5&6
Creating Dramatic Fantasy Landscapes
Explore glowing lava landscapes and enchanted mushroom environments while learning how to use colour, light, scale and organic forms to create imaginative worlds.
MODULES 7&8
Building Immersive Fantasy Worlds
Create a luminous crystal cave and a spectacular waterfall kingdom, bringing together composition, atmosphere, architecture, water, light and the techniques developed throughout the course.

We will look together at the materials, basic techniques, and knowledge needed to begin this journey. Approaching a new technique means first learning how best to use the tools at your disposal.
Practical exercises
